Beenleigh Aquatic Centre

Classes are available for children, adults and special needs students.

The indoor program pool has a temperature of between 33-34 degrees and is for walking and upright exercise only. No lap swimming or public playing is allowed.

Council inflatables operate at the Hervey Bay Aquatic Centre during the hotter months and during school holidays. 

The use of the inflatables is weather dependent and cannot be used during storms or high winds.

The inflatables are free to use, just pay your entry to the Aquatic Centre.

Inflatable rules of play

25m Pool Inflatable

• Participation on the junior inflatable is limited to individuals under 1.2m tall.
• A swim test is not obligatory for the junior inflatable; however, a parent or guardian must be present at the poolside at all times (with a lifeguard in the water accompanying the children).
• The inflatable activity allows a maximum of two children to ensure safety and optimal enjoyment.

50m Pool Inflatable

• No diving or jumping headfirst from the inflatable structure.
• Only one person is allowed on each inflatable element at a time.
• Do not climb, hang, or sit on the safety netting.
• A swim test is required for the 50m pool inflatable.
